Fit & First Interview

An introductory video call with our People & Culture team to see if we fit, followed by a first interview with your hiring manager.

Skills Test

You'll be invited to complete a short skills challenge at home, that will depend on the role you applied for.

Meet the team

You’ll come to our offices and meet your manager, immediate team and Marco our CEO. Then you get to know the rest of us over lunch.

Onboarding

Designated onboarding buddies, training resources and defined agendas for your first 90 days. We equip you with essential tools and help to alleviate new job anxiety.
